Lake Avenue Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lake Avenue! We strive to provide an excellent experience for all our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.



Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will begin processing the next business day.

Order Fulfillment Time

  • Once processed, your order will typically be delivered within 3-20 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
  • Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Lake Avenue.
  • Different items of the orders may arrive on different days.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Most orders qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    • $5.00 for the first item.
    • $0.75 for each additional item when flat-rate shipping applies.
  • Any additional shipping costs, such as expedited delivery, will be calculated and disclosed during checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, to ensure a fair and transparent process, Lake Avenue has established the following policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds. To request a return, contact us at returns@lakeavenue.store, provided the following conditions are met:


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be requested to be returned and shipped to the address on the package within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
    • Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • All labels and tags must be attached.
    • Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Returns or exchanges must be approved by our customer service team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
  • It is on the customer to request a return in a timely and proper process.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Items that are damaged and defective must be requested to be returned and shipped within days of receiving your order.
  • Returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to shipment. A picture of the damage must be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded. Returns not requested in the timeframe will not be accepted. 
  • A full refund will be provided for damaged or defective items, to the original method of payment within 2-20 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or otherwise identified as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on undamaged and correctly fulfilled items.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, Lake Avenue will cover the return shipping cost, subject to approval.
  • Lake Avenue is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Processing Time

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed within 3-20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Limitations of Liability

  1. Shipping Delays:

    • Lake Avenue is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
      • Shipping carriers.
      • Natural disasters.
      • Acts of God.
      • Customs delays (if applicable).
      • Any other circumstances outside of our direct control.
    • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
  2. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

    • Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Lake Avenue is no longer liable for the package.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Lake Avenue will not be held liable for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
  3. Product Use and Warranty:

    • Lake Avenue is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.
    • No warranties, express or implied, are provided unless explicitly stated.
  4. Return Rejections:

    • Lake Avenue reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy. Items that are worn, used, or damaged by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from your purchase or these policies will be governed by the laws of the state in which Lake Avenue operates.
  • By purchasing from us, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court, rather than pursuing litigation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Lake Avenue Customer Service via email or phone to request return authorization.
  2. Include the following details in your request:
    • Order number.
    • Description of the item(s).
    • Reason for the return or exchange.
    • A picture of any damaged or defective item
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
  4. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
