Refund and Return Policy

At Lake Avenue, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions. Contact us for returns at returns@lakeavenue.store, provided the following conditions are fulfilled. 


 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. A return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned as soon as the return is verified to the address on the package. 
  2. Products must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by all original labels and tags.
    • In the same condition as when they were received.
  3. Approval is required:
    • All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. 
  4.  Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, inform us within 2 days of receiving the order and a full refund will be provided.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
    • Provide a picture of the defective product and contact us at returns@lakeavenue.store

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable items or those with limited usability.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on undamaged and correctly fulfilled items.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, Lake Avenue will cover the return shipping costs, subject to approval.
  • Note: Lake Avenue is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments

 

Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3-20 business days for processing.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrectly shipped items).

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at returns@lakeavenue.store to request return authorization.
    • Provide your order number, a description of the item(s), and the reason for the return or exchange, and a picture.
  2. Wait for approval and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving return approval, or 2 days if the item is damaged or defective.
 

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Items that are worn, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval will not be refunded or exchanged.
